More than 10 years in IT consulting for the energy sector since October 2013; strategy and IT background from Accenture; founded CabSan in March 2019. The vocabulary that runs through Sherpa — ruling versions, securement classification, gatekeeper items, SPA earnouts, ownership-status calculation — comes from being inside the deals, not from documentation.
Most software is built by engineers who don't know the domain, briefed by domain experts who can't code. CabSan inverts that — the operator who has spent more than 10 years inside energy-sector deals is also the one designing the system.
